British Esports Federation
We are founders of the British Esports Federation, a national body focused on inspiring, developing and educating future esports talent throughout the UK. We co-wrote the worlds first Esports BTEC in association with Pearson as well as the Degree in Esports with the College of Esports. We run and operate the British Esports Student Champs, the nationwide grassroots esports tournament for students aged 12+, open to all schools and colleges. We are seen as one of the most reputable esports federations around the world.
London Royal Ravens
We structured the deal with ReKT GLOBAL to acquire one of only 12 licenses for the Call of Duty League. We fought off strong competition from two other tier 1 cities to ensure that London took one of the forming spots. This agreement allows London Royal Ravens to control tournament play for the 2.5m fans of Call of Duty within the UK. The valuation on our investment has increased significantly over the last two years and will continue to grow, with ReKT GLOBAL recently accepting an offer from Infinite Reality (July 2022) realizing over 6.5x return in just under three years.
IBM
We are building the worlds first age verified and content moderated membership platform for children at school and college. Our partnership with IBM will see the deployment of the Watson tool to deliver a global SaaS solution in over 100+ countries.
Resolve
We took a major stake in Resolve in Summer 2020. Since our investment we have been promoted twice, built out an extensive online training academy for League of Legends fans, entered new ground in Fortnite and partnered with a leading Formula 1 brand in Williams F1. Our valuation puts our investment at 15 X in 10 months.
